All new accounts get a free 14-day trial to try out Sonikit features. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time to gain access to the full version of Sonikit. Paid plans are billed either monthly or annually, with a 20% discount for annual plans. Pro and Enterprise plans are billed based on how many users you add to your plan.
Message credits are used each time you send a text message to fans. Standard SMS messages (text and links only, up to 160 characters) count as 1 credit. MMS messages (messages with images or contact cards) count as 3 credits, with no character limit. So an SMS sent to 100 fans would count as 100 credits and an MMS message sent to 100 fans would be 300 credits.
Each plan comes with free messaging credits to fit your audience and sending volume. If you use up all your free messages, each additional message is charged at $0.03 per message. No need to change plans or stop sending! Free credits and overages are automatically reset each month.

Yes! You can use Sonikit on any website where you can add an embed code. You'll get a unique embed code for each patch you create that you can copy and paste into your website.
Yes! You can customize which streaming services to use on each patch and add or remove services at any time.
Yes! You can choose to add or remove users to your plan at any time. You'll be charged a prorated amount on your next invoice based on when new users were added.
You can change the type of Sonikit plan you're on by navigating to the "Billing" section of your account. Click the profile dropdown in the top right and click "Account". From there, click the "Billing" tab and locate the section labeled "Subscription" on the top left side.
